Although there is a strict regulation due to COVID and associated travel restrictions in place across the world, a good number of nursing professionals from Kerala are landing in the UK through “Vande Bharat Mission” flights, after being recruited in various NHS trust hospitals. The numbers have considerably increased as the Vande Bharat Mission started operating direct flights from Kochi to London.
Envertiz played a vital role by consistently deploying nurses even during the month of July when COVID 19 pandemic infestation was severe everywhere. We successfully deployed dozens of nurses to Sheffield Teaching Hospital and Rotherham General Hospitals in the month of July. We also deployed over 27 nurses to the Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Hospital earlier in August.
Also, hospitals like the Oxford University Hospitals, Nottingham University Hospitals, Norfolks and Norwich University Hospitals etc have regular planned deployments every two weeks from now on approximately.
We are also very delighted to announce that we have successfully deployed another batch of 30 nurses to the Nottingham University Hospital NHS Trust. This time, the nurses were thrilled when they met none other than the senior NHS officials during the formal reception “meet and greet” upon arriving in London.
NHSP Chief Operating Officer Dan Hinsley, NHSP Chief Nurse Juliet Consgrove, NHS England International recruitment Director Dungun Burten were at the London Heathrow Airport to receive the nurses. Nurses gifted them in turn with pretty boxes containing exotic spices and beaked boat sculptures which are the icons of Kerala Culture.
It would not have been possible without the determination and the dedication of these nursing professionals who had the aspirations of working in the UK amidst the pandemic.
Team Envertiz wishes you good health and prosperity in all your endeavours.
